Here at AnneMarie Wedding Favors, we understand that you have enough to worry about on your big day. That's why we strive to ensure that your items are delivered to you safely and promptly-giving you one less thing to worry about!

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 5 business days. If you order a wedding kit or items that require personalization, it will take approximately 2-3 weeks for shipment of your items. Once your order is shipped, we'll send you an email confirmation that includes the UPS tracking number for your package(s).

There are two ways you can track your order:

- Enter the tracking number we provide you directly at www.ups.com

- Email us at info@annemarieweddingfavors.com regarding the status of your order. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response to your email.

Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?

AnneMarie Wedding Favors is pleased to offer our customers free shipping on all orders subtotaling $250 or more. It's our way of saying thank you for letting us help you make your special day unforgettable.

How can I get free shipping?

When you place your order for $250 or more, your shipping will be set to FREE. Our free shipping is fulfilled via UPS standard ground shipping, and most orders ship within 5 days.

Please note that 3-day, 2-day, or overnight shipping is not included in our free shipping offer. All free shipping will be offered through UPS standard ground, with delivery times that vary according to your location.

Is it really free?

Yes, we provide FREE shipping for all orders subtotaling over $250, regardless of order size, weight, or dimensions. And remember, with every order you'll receive a FREE AnneMarie Wedding Favors tote bag, perfect for creating an Emergency Wedding Kit.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?

Our minimum order amounts vary per item. You can find detailed information about minimum order numbers on each product's page.

Do you ship to post office (P.O.) boxes?

Since we use UPS for shipping, we're unfortunately unable to ship to a P.O. box, because UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. You'll need to provide us with a physical street address to receive your order.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, AnneMarie Wedding Favors does not ship orders outside the U.S.

How do you calculate shipping and handling fees?

Our shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process according to current UPS rates, which are based on package weight, dimensions, and shipping destination. A handling fee is also added to each order.

What shipping options do you offer?

Through UPS, AnneMarie Wedding Favors offers a variety of shipping options for your convenience. You can choose standard ground shipping, 3-day guaranteed delivery, 2-day guaranteed delivery, or overnight delivery. Shipping rates vary for each option.

My order contains multiple items. Will they ship together or separately?

In order to continue offering you a vast and unique selection of items, we may ship some items separately to ensure prompt delivery. You will not be charged separately for each package-at the time of checkout, a single shipping charge will be billed.

What if my items are on backorder?

If your item is on backorder and you have placed orders for multiple items, we may hold your order until the backordered item is restocked, so we can ship the order in its entirety.

Refunds, returns & exchanges

AnneMarie Wedding Favors is pleased to provide quality wedding favors that allow every Bride to personalize their wedding, and to give each guest a memento of the occasion that becomes a treasured keepsake.

If for some reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to call (866) 860-0184 or email us at info@annemarieweddingfavors.com, and we'll be happy to provide you with detailed instructions for returning your order.

Please review our Return Policy and timeframes below, to learn which items can be returned, how to return damaged or defective items, and steps to take regarding incorrect personalized items.

What items can be returned?

We accept non-personalized items for return, with exclusions as detailed below. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, and must be in their original condition and packaging.

In order to process a return, we'll need you to provide us with the following information: name, email address, telephone number, order number, and the reason for your return.

Our return policy applies to complete orders only. We are unable to accept returns on individual pieces or partial orders.

What items can't be returned?

Items that cannot be returned to AnneMarie Wedding Favors include:

- Monogrammed and personalized items

- Sale items and promotional items

- Cameras

- Accessory items

- Jewelry

- Perishable items (food or beverage, lotion, bath gel, soap, lip balm)

- Gifts with purchases

- Veils

- Tiaras

- Clothing and Shoes

How are returns processed?

Once we receive your return package and inspect the items, we'll email you a confirmation with your credit total. You will be credited for the value of the merchandise, excluding shipping and handling. In the event of a price change prior to your return, we will apply the price that was in effect at the time of your purchase to your return.

Your return credit will be issued through the original form of payment used, within 5 to 7 business days. Please allow sufficient time for your banking institution to process the return credit.

Important note: No credit will be issued for lost return packages or nonreturnable items. Any nonreturnable items that we receive will not be shipped back, and will not be credited to your account.

What if my item(s) are damaged or defective?

At AnneMarie Wedding Favors, we strive to ensure that each item is packaged carefully for shipment. However, we understand that damages may sometimes occur during transit.

If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.

In order to send you replacement items, we will need the following information: name, email address, telephone number, order number, the nature of the issue, the exact number of replacements you need, and when they are needed. We also require digital photos of the damaged items.

AnneMarie Wedding Favors will cover the costs of shipping and handling your replacement items.

What if my personalized item(s) are printed incorrectly?

We apply text to personalized items exactly as it is provided on our website when your order is placed. It is important to carefully review your personalized text before you complete your order.

If we've made an error in printing your personalized item(s), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your items.

In order to send you corrected replacement items, we will need the following information: name, email address, telephone number, order number, the nature of the issue, the exact number of revised replacements you need, and when they are needed. We also require copies of the labels or digital photos of the incorrect items.

AnneMarie Wedding Favors will cover the costs of shipping and handling your revised replacement items.

Do you have any samples available?

At this time, we do not offer any samples of our products. However, many of our favors can be purchased with low minimum orders.

Is my "Free" gift really free?

Absolutely! For every order you place with AnneMarie Wedding Favors, we'll send you a free gift separately from your order, with no additional shipping charges to you.

This free memento keepsake is our way of saying "Thank you" for allowing us to be part of your special day. We know you have a lot of options when it comes to your wedding favors, and we're honored that you've chosen us!
